I love the shrimp! Are these for sale? I have a friend who studies shrimp.

Thanks guys!
All of my recent stuff is available at my RedBubble shop: Laughing Mantis Studio. RedBubble has some pretty cool options for prints.
I expected the shrimp piece to be the easiest, but it ended up being the hardest to actually produce. As with all my recent pieces, I keep hitting this wall where I’m ready to add more detail and my computer says “screw you – you have enough detail already.” And then it crashes. It’s an ancient laptop.
The seahorse piece was by far the most fun. Trivia: those crystals actually have the exact index of refraction of quartz – 1.458. It’s pretty cool the way you can make mathematically precise (or close) art with opensource & free software these days.
