I love the last photo... we used to have contests to sharpen our chops on blending photos. The biggest trick is to match lighting direction within 20 degrees or so and either avoid or match specular highlights and catch lights. From there it's all cake! Of course now I have to be extremely careful to document anything I do with video or photograph that is used for projects. Ah, well.

I could swear I have seen live footage of birds cleaning crocodile teeth in various nature shows on TV when I was a child. But, given that I cannot find any other images on google than the one you have here, except for drawings, I must admit I am suddenly doubting my distant memory. Surely someone must know more...

That's funny.

Although, for the record, when we were at Myakka we swore that we saw some of the birds (egrets?) walking on a sunning gator. They were a bit far away, so we didn't get any shots, but we thought it just looked odd. Maybe there is something to this... I mean, think of cleaner fish in the ocean.

Now I'm gonna have to go back and see if we can catch those birds on camera... If we weren't crazy, that is.
